Zoland High Way Safety Committee by Pu Cin Do Khup

TO TAVRFUND COMMITTEE Besides collecting donations for injured victims and families those who lost their loved one because of this tragedy of accident between Tedim and Tonzang Road, I believe we should form a committee for preventing any other Car accident which can happen in Zogam highways in the future. 1.      The committee will cooperate and work together with the government’s High way Car gates in Zogam cities Like Tonzang, Tedim, Cikkha, Haimual, Khai Kam, and Kalaymyo. 2.      The committee will inspect all of buses according to safety rules. (a)   Is the car driver in good health? E.g. mentally, physically. (b)   Is the car load with its maximum weigh to be able to uphill and downhill   according to its mechanical limit? (c)    Is the car mechanical inspecting before the departure to its destination? E.g. brake, gear, horn, tire, Steering, and so on          These are just a few ideas on my own. I know you guys know more than I do how to prevent bus car accident in Zogam and what are the main causes of Car accident. In my  own opinion, I do not want to blame any agencies, personal, evil,God,and Ghost for the cause of this disaster.But I do want to call "S.O.S " to Zogam's civil engineers and greedy bus owners those who keep taking lives of the poorZomis.
